Our promise

We collect the minimum personal data needed to ship your order, support you after the sale, and improve the site. We never sell your data.

What we collect

• Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, items ordered, payment method (the last 4 digits and brand only — your full card number never touches our servers, it's handled by our payment processor).
• Account data: email if you create an account.
• Site usage: anonymized analytics (pages viewed, device, country) via Shopify and Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• Fulfill and ship your order.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping, returns).
• Support you when you write to us.
• Improve the site, products, and ads.

Who we share it with

• Shopify, Inc. — e-commerce and payment processing.
• Our fulfillment partner — to ship your order.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for conversion tracking and ad measurement via Meta Pixel.
• Email provider — to send transactional emails.

That's it. We don't sell or rent data to third parties.

Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)

If you live in California, you have the right under the CCPA to know what we collect, to delete your data, and to opt out of "sale" (we don't sell data, so this opt-out is already the default).

If you visit from the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection. To exercise any right, write to support@hummi.shop.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (cart, session), analytics cookies (Shopify), and marketing/conversion cookies (Meta Pixel). You can opt out via your browser settings or via Meta's preferences page.

Data retention

Order data is kept for as long as legally required (typically 5-7 years for tax and accounting). Analytics data is anonymized.

Children

Hummi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
