30-day returns. No questions asked.
If Hummi isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fees.
How it works
- Email us at support@hummi.shop with your order number and the reason (optional, but it helps us improve).
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.
- Ship it back at your cost — any carrier with tracking is fine.
- As soon as we receive it, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Typical processing: 3-5 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Conditions
- Product must be in resaleable condition (clean, no major damage).
- Keep the original packaging if you can — it makes the return safer.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer except for defective or damaged items.
Defective or damaged on arrival
If your Hummi arrives damaged or stops working in the first 90 days, we'll replace it for free. Just send a photo or short video to support@hummi.shop.
Refund timing
Once we get your package, we process the refund within 3-5 business days. Card refunds usually post in another 2-7 business days depending on your bank.
