This site (hummi.shop and any subdomain) is operated by the Hummi brand. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when the order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) and refund in full.

Pricing & taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required and added to the order total.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal via Shopify Payments. Payment is captured at order placement.

Shipping & returns

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hummi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and trademarks on this site are owned by Hummi or licensed to us. Do not copy or reuse without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
